The Nova Scotia Forestry Association is a non-profit organization that advocates sustainable development and wise management of the forests of Nova Scotia, and the conservation and appreciation of their social, cultural, and environmental values.
The NSFA promotes public education and interest in all phases of forestry and natural resources and, in particular, developing and delivering youth awareness programs: ENVIROTHON, National Forest Week, Children's Forest and the Atlantic Teachers Tour for use in cooperation with Nova Scotia schools.
